What is a Fleet customer?

A fleet customer is any company who buys, in their name, the amount of cars necessary to meet the minimum vehicles required by the manufacturer to achieve that pricing status. For instance, Audi requires ten (10) vehicles.

What is a "supplier"?

A supplier is a company that supplies goods or services to an automaker.

GENERAL

How do I know if my company is a "supplier"?

There are several ways to determine if your company is a supplier.

1. Click on the sign-in link, "Believe you are a member but can't find your number."
2. Whether you are an employee of a supplier company or not, we have developed a special pricing program for all companies affiliated with our program. If you find your company in the list of companies on the New User registration process, your company is a member. If your company is not a member, enter "other" but be sure to provide your HR contact information so we can determine if the company wishes to join our membership roster. Joining is absolutely free of charge.

We have a fleet made up of, at least, ten (10) vehicles. How do we go about getting Fleet pricing?

Click on "Want to become a member", and we will get you the necessary number. We will also ask for the contact information:

1. For the Fleet Manager/Procurement, and
2. You can accomplish this in three different ways:

Use the "Contact Us" button to send us your question.

Sign up as a "New User" and enter your question in the appropriate box. Also, please complete the "Fleet Contact" information.

Click on the "Corporate Account Status" drop down under the "Discount Programs" link, fill in the information and select "Just Checking."

Why am I asked for the HR contact information?

Our programs extend benefits to all company employees. Your HR contact will have the best information on how we can provide everyone with information about the program.

Do I have to commit to buying ten vehicles to be a fleet customer?

No. The number of existing company vehicles or the total number of company vehicles acquired in the last year will qualify your company for fleet status. As a rule, no commitment is required to purchase a certain amount from us.

What brands are available?

We currently have relationships with Audi, Buick, Chevrolet, GMC, Hyundai, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Porsche, Saab and Volkswagen. We hope to add more in the near future.

I don't live in the continental United States, but I can buy it with a United States address. Can I then export my car?

It varies by make, but in general, the car has to be licensed in the United States for, at least, six months.

Is there a cost to becoming a member or New User?

No.

PRICING

How can a car company sell vehicles at or very close to cost?

Car companies spend millions of dollars on marketing. This can come in two different forms:

1. Traditional advertising via commercials, etc., and
2. Putting more vehicles on the road so that more people see and consider their brand for their next purchase. When they do this, they allocate marketing dollars to the dealers to offset our loss, as a result, we can pass those savings on to you.

What is Fleet pricing?

Automakers actually have two different prices they charge their dealers for vehicles. Fleet pricing is lower than regular dealer pricing, because the automaker can make-up the lower profit on each vehicle with volume.

Will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping allocations are set by brand and are detailed in your company offer.

THE CAR

Are all models available through this program?

Yes, however those not shown or marked "Call for price" have prices that fluctuate with the market almost like the cost of lobster in a restaurant varies with the time of year.

Why do prices fluctuate?

When a new model first comes out, they're rare and hard to get, therefore their prices are higher than they might be six months later when all dealerships have them available. Additionally, some models are limited production in which case they are normally sold at or near full invoice.

Can I select the specific options and colors I want?

Yes, however we may offer you a vehicle with slightly different equipment that can ship quickly versus a "special" order that will take longer. The choice is yours at that point.

Can I get after market add-ons?

We can ship most dealer installed options with the car.

FINANCIAL ISSUES

Is financing available?

Yes. We offer both traditional financing as well as leasing packages.

Is a deposit required?

Orders for individuals require a signed Buyer's Order, a deposit and an agreement on how the balance will be paid to finalize the transaction. Major corporations can usually order a vehicle with a signed Purchase Order. Delivery will be made after payment is received.

Can you accept trade-ins?

Yes. See your specific company offer for the details.

Is tax charged for the car?

If you are paying cash for the car (including obtaining your own financing), you do not have to pay for tax or licensing through us, but you will be required to pay your local authorities.
If you are financing through us, tax will be collected.
If you are leasing, tax will be added to each payment or collected up front as required by your state.

Are any other fees added?

We charge $399.99 for processing the order and transferring the title. The government also charges a $3 fee to fund what is known as the lemon law.

Licensing and tag fees may also be applied if the vehicle is being financed through us.

SERVICE

Will I have problems getting service for a car bought through this website?

No. The service department generates the highest profit for a dealership. They will not turn
you away.

Does the manufacturer cover any of the service costs of my new car?

Normal service coverage varies by brand, however those brands that don't provide service in their price normally have service packages available for acquisition.
